NEWS FLASH: A contemporary Liberian media giant has fallen-K. Abdullai Kamara

K. Abdullai Kamara, widely considered as a bastion of knowledge in Liberia’s contemporary media cycle, has died in the Central city of Gbarnga, Bong County after a brief illness.

“KAK” as he was affectionately called, was the immediate past President of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL).

Reports say Mr. Kamara was  on a working visiting Gbarnga, when he suddenly fell off Monday evening and was rushed to a local hospital in Gbarnga, where he died early Tuesday morning.
