TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, Monrovia- Disrobed presidential elite force, EPS Agent Patrick Kollie has pleaded not guilty to an alleged Murder Indictment against him, as Criminal Court “A” Sets a 15-member empaneled Jury is set to make a decision in the matter.

Agent Kollie, who was then assigned to former NPA Managing Director Bill Twehway, was indicted by the government of Liberia, through the Grand Jury of Montserrado on the charge of murder.

The indictment follows a preliminary investigation by the Monrovia City Court in the proceedings, consistent with Chapter 12.2 of the Criminal Procedure Law of Liberia.

However, after being arraigned before Criminal Court “A”, the jury was set up to determine the alleged murder charges.

Agent Kollie’s indictment followed a shooting incident in the Police Academy Community outside Monrovia, which led to the death of the young Liberian man, Valentine Johnson.

The incident occurred during the early morning hours of Monday, July 4, 2022 at 1:00 am in the Police Academy Community.

According to the Police, despite the defendant’s admittance to the unintentional shooting of the late Johnson, he had no right to shoot at said period, knowing the basic firearm cardinal rules.
