No Sodomy In The Case In Which Boy’s Tongue Was Sliced

TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, Monrovia – Police have revealed that there was no sodomy established in the case involving little Henry Giddings whose tongue was sliced off in the police academy community in Monrovia’s Paynesville suburb.

Defendant Darius P. Siryon, age 25 was instead charged with criminal attempt to commit murder and aggravated assault. These are in violation of Chapter 14 subchapter A section 10.1, Chapter 14, subchapter 14.20 of the revised penal code of the Republic of Liberia.

Defendant Siryon was arrested recently and acquainted with his constitutional (Miranda) rights and subsequently investigated.

But he claimed that he was attacked by the victim and his friends.

According to the police charge sheet, during police in-depth investigation conducted to establish facts and circumstances, which led to the assault of victim Henry Giddings, it was revealed that victim Henry Giddings along with his parents and defendant Darius P. Siryon had been living in Outland community, Paynesville and he defendant Siryon is currently stopping with John W. Tokpah, alias (Will).

On February 5, 2022, during the hour of 0200hrs, while the wake keeping of a lady was ongoing, defendant Siryon took victim Henry Giddings to a nearby old security boot that Within a fence for reason best known to himself. And he used his teeth to cut victim Henry Giddings tongue from his mouth after which victim Giddings amputated tongue was discovered in the grass hours later victim Giddings was taken to the ELWA hospital for medical treatment by his mother Angeline Peabody.

Investigation findings 

That victim Henry Giddings along with his parents are living in Outland community, paynesville and defendant Siryon also lived in Outland community, Paynesville with John W. Tokpah.

That while the wake keeping of a lady identified as Ma. Fumbah was ongoing, defendant Siryon took victim Henry Giddings to a nearby old security boot that is within a fence and used his teeth to cut victim Giddings tongue from his mouth. After that, the amputated portion of victim Giddings’ tongue was discovered in the grass hours later and the victim was taken to the ELWA hospital for medical treatment by his mother Angeline Peabody.

That the distal third of Henry Giddings tongue was found amputated and the stump was infected and necrotic but the patient didn’t consent for a thorough physical exam to elicit any possible associated injuries evidence of the medical report.

Finally, that no abuse (Sodomy) was established against victim Giddings as was insinuated and that he had since been transferred on February 18,2022, at the 14th Military hospital located Shefflelin Town on the RIA highway undergoing medical treatment.
