The feud in the fractured opposition Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) over allegation of tampering with the framework document of the four-party group has gone one step further, with the All Liberian Party (ALP) leader Benoni Urey pressing court action through a writ of arrest against ANC leader Alexander Benedict Cummings.
Mr. Cummings was accused of fingering the document while serving as rotational CPP Chairman some time ago.
A writ from the court at the Temple of Justice is today, Monday, January 3, 2022 our for Mr. Cummings to appear in court regarding the alleged tampering of the framework documents.
This latest legal action is coming at a time when the former ruling Unity Party (UP) Standard Bearer, former Vice President Joseph Boakai is currently heading the CPP, which is on the verge of collapsing.
Below is the Writ and details will follow later.
