There is high suspicion that the tragedy was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning from a 5 KVA generator used on the night of the graduation, though there has been no official autopsy report indicating cause of death.
The victims are said to have partied with other relatives, neighbors and families up to 10Pm GMT on the night of the incident (Wednesday, February 24, 2021), before everything later went quiet in the house. Garmah Never Lomo and Alfred Kollie contributed to this report
