No New COVID Cases In Liberia But…

Liberian health authorities have reported a zero new case of the corona virus in the country.

Health Minister, Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah however said that active cases in the country stand at 9 in mainly Bong, Montserraado and Maryland Counties.

Total reported cases, according to her, is 5,812, while total recoveries stand at 5,516, and total deaths, 287, according to her.

“Overall, Liberia is currently doing well, and we can only continue to do well by doing two things: continuing to abide by the health protocols and taking our vaccines”, Dr. Jallah said.

She said though Liberia is doing well, there is need to guide against complacency.
