The management of one of the leading importers of pharmaceuticals products in Liberia, the Bunty Pharmaceuticals Company has pledged its commitment to Liberia’s health care delivery system as part of the 2022 plan and vision for Liberians.
Bunty Pharmaceuticals is one of the leading importers of pharmaceuticals products, with several branches around the country. It is said to be continuing to support the efforts of the government through the Ministry of Health in the provision of pharmaceuticals products.
Speaking when the Institution was honored and certificated as outstanding and the best Pharmaceuticals Company in Liberia by the West African Media Network in Paynesville, the Bunty Pharmaceuticals Manager Pankaj Hemnani thanked the media group for recognizing their work in the country and to humanity noting that the honored came as a surprise and were grateful.
According to Mr. Hemnani, the Company will remain committed and dedicated to the health of the people of Liberia noting that it will at all-time ensure that quality and affordable pharmaceutical products are available on the market.
The company through its manager vowed to continue importing and decentralizing the distribution of life saving medicines across Liberia beginning 2022.
He explained that the company has plans to decentralize its activities by establishing pharmaceutical depots in other parts across Liberia aimed at reaching all Liberians with available, quality and affordable pharmaceutical products.
According to him, the decentralization of the company by establishing more depots will provide jobs to many Liberians in the pharmaceutical sector.
He noted that Bunty is not an ordinary enterprise that is here in Liberia to do business but rather an investment that is committed to ensuring the health of the people of Liberia is paramount.
“That is why he continues, Bunty will continue to remain a strategic partner to the Government and people of Liberia,” he said.
The Manager of Bunty however, assured the government of his commitment to positively contribute to the health care delivery system in Liberia.
Due to the demand of health care delivery services in the country, the Bunty Manager said his institution is ready to extend its activities to other parts of the country in the coming year to enable Liberians in rural areas to have access to quality and affordable health care services.
In remarks, the Managing Editor of the West African Media Network, Joseph S. Wiah lauded the management and staff of Bunty for its dedicated and demonstrated commitment to the health sector of the county over the years.
The brief ceremony was witnessed by employees and staff of the company at the company head office in Monrovia’s Paynesville suburb.
