Monrovia- At a mini-convention held at the Temple of Justice organized state prosecutors, Cllr. Pearl Brown Bull has blasted officials at the Justice Ministry for the ongoing rift in the leadership.

Cllr. Bull urged Justice Minister Cllr. Frank Musa Dean to put his house in order because he is the referee.

Her statement came in the wake of infighting between the Justice Minister and the Solicitor General or chief prosecutor, Cllr. Saymah Syrenius Cephas.

The Justice Minister Dean has claimed that SG Cephus has shown no regard to him in the ANC leader Alexander Cummings’ alleged forgery case.

In a press statement on Monday, April 25, 2022, Minister Dean called on the Solicitor General to submit all the evidence he collected that led to the prosecution of the case in question.

According to her, the chief prosecutor supposed to be taken instruction from the Justice Minister but instead, the solicitor general is acting as if he is the justice Minister.

Cllr. Bull was seen at the seat of the Judiciary blowing a whistle to demonstrate that he Minister Dean is the referee at the Ministry of Justice.

The outspoken Liberian female lawyer, who is widow of one time Chief Justice James Bull, called on the Justice ministry authority to stop washing their dirty clothes outside.

Directing her disgust to the Solicitor General, Cllr. Bull told SG Cephas that he’s no longer a media person to be writing report for the public but rather he should diligently serve the position he was appointed to.

Cllr. Bull added that SG should be at the justice ministry writing brief on cases at the Supreme Court, but rather he is always seen at the magisterial court behind one case.

At the moment, a Counsel like her should be employed at the justice ministry to be helping to write brief, rather than SG Cephas to be in magisterial court for the rest of his life.
