The EU and its Member States present in Liberia (Germany, Ireland, France, Sweden) commend Executive Order No. 131 establishing the Office of War and Economic Crimes Court for Liberia signed by His Excellency President Joseph Boakai on 2nd May 2024 in response to the joint resolution JR-001/2024 by the legislature on mechanisms for the establishment of an extraordinary criminal court and a domestic corruption court for war and economic crimes, respectively.
