KAKATA, Liberia–The Education Ministry has commended the Thompson M. Nanah Humanitarian Foundation, Inc. for its continued support to education in Margibi County and beyond, following a major scholarship and certification program held here.

The event, organized by scores of community leaders under the banner _United Minds of District #3 in Margibi (UMD3), recognized the Foundation’s impact on more than 300 students enrolled in both government and private schools across the region.

Speaking at the program, a representative of the Ministry of Education expressed gratitude to CEO Mr. Thompson M. Nanah, stating:

“Thank you, Mr. Thompson M. Nanah, for supporting over three hundred students across Margibi County and beyond. The reason the Ministry honored your invitation is simple: if you, as an individual, can support this number of students in our government and private schools, then we must come. The Ministry was very careful in allowing this program to be held here because we recognize genuine impact.”

The official further noted that the Ministry does not take lightly the use of school facilities for external programs, but made an exception due to the Foundation’s proven commitment to advancing education.

The ceremony brought together students, parents, teachers, and community leaders who celebrated the Foundation’s growing scholarship initiative and certification of beneficiaries.

Mr. Nanah, in remarks, reaffirmed his dedication to investing in Liberia’s youth, pledging to expand educational support across District #3 and other parts of Margibi County.

Community leaders of UMD3 praised the partnership between the Foundation and the Ministry, describing it as a model for private-public collaboration in addressing Liberia’s educational challenges.

Delivering his motivational address, a seasoned Liberian journalist and correspondent of Margibi County State Broadcast entity ELBC Mr. Elvis Gono called on the Nanah Humanitarian foundation sponsored students to keep focus as the opportunity given is a task and responsibilities.
