LNP AANOUNCEMENT: Police Stations Will No Longer Serve As Impoundment Grounds For Accident Vehicles

                                                  PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
(Monrovia, Liberia, May 7, 2024) The Liberia National Police (LNP) wishes to inform the general public that beginning today, May 7, 2024, no accident vehicles (trucks, buses, taxis, tricycles, motorcycles and bicycles) will be impounded at any of its police stations, but at the nearest impoundment sites.
 The LNP further informs all vehicle owners to reach out to all Zones and Depots across the country and know the next designated impoundment lots where their accident vehicles will be transferred while investigation continues.
 The Administration of the Liberia National Police calls on those concerned to contact the Commanding Officers at their nearest police stations to properly identify their properties. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
