According to him, the group organized and participated in a number of peaceful protests seeking political will for the war crimes court to be established.
“I’m a bit concerned that we are just a few hours to hit the expiration of the Executive Order that created the war crimes court office,” Mr. Kpakio said.
He is also calling on the government of Liberia to go beyond just establishing the office and begin to give it total support, especially financially.
Mr. Kpakio has also hailed the Executive Order, Dr. Cllr. Jallah A. Barbu and all of the staff at the war crimes court office for demonstrating a high degree of patriotism by accepting the job.
