New Song On Misinformation And Disinformation Hits Liberia’s Music Chart

The Campaigners Against Misinformation and Disinformation, a local nonprofit in Liberia, has produced a Misinformation and Disinformation music to raise awareness regarding the danger of misinformation and disinformation in Liberia and a few tips on how citizens can verify online and offline information before sharing it.  

According to the Executive Director, Taweh Johnson, the organization is now using Music to reach out to citizens regarding the need to verify information before sharing it because the spread of misinformation and disinformation in Liberia can lead to chaos, violence, and instability in Liberia.

The Music is on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The mission of Campaigners Against Misinformation and Disinformation in Liberia is to sustain the peace by educating citizens on how to verify information and the vision is to make citizens responsible promoters of reliable and credible information in Liberia.
