Highly placed sources at the Liberia National Police (LNP) told www.newspublictrust.com  on Tuesday that investigations by an LNP forensic team has established that there was no foul play surrounding the death of a woman at the Wulki Farm operated by businessman and politician Benoni Urey recently.

A forensic team from the LNP) was dispatched several days ago  to the Wulki Farm in Careysburg outside Monrovia owned by opposition leader Benoni Urey, after a body of a female was said to be found there.

But the senior police sources said the findings from the forensic team have since been presented to the hierarchy of.the LNP and will be made public shortly.

Urey was one of the 20 presidential candidates in the October 10, 2017 election in Liberia on the ticket of the opposition All Liberian Party (ALP).

The ALP is one of the few parties that collaborated with the opposition Liberty Party (LP) and the ruling Unity Party (UP) in challenging the results of the October 10 polls.
