GBARPOLU, Liberia- Despite warnings by the Internal Affairs Ministry over the overreaching posture of some elements in the traditional societies, a 25-year-old man is said to have been expelled from the northwestern Gbarpolu County, upon the demand of traditional Zoe.
John Flomo in an interview early this week (June 6,2022) told a local radio here that he has no regret leaving Gbarpolu County, because a Zoe man has made him “useless in life”. He claimed this has made him sexually inactive.
He further explained that he was forced out of the Belle District since July, 2019, when the herbalist gave him a constant erected pennis, which does not enable him to have a love one.
It is reported that Flomo has been in the habit of insulting the mother of Gbarpolu County Superintendent, J. Keyah Saah, something he admitted to and in fact he said anyone related to the Superintendent.
He said he has decided to do this because less attention was paid to his complaint against he made against the action of the herbalist who he alleged caused him to suffer sexual trauma.
And so he was left with no alternative but to choose insulting the superintendent along with everyone related to him, the man expelled from Gbapolu County narrated.
Since 2021, Flomo said he has been going to the compound of the Superintendent and insulting him as a means of pressuring him to launch an investigation into his case.
Reports say the Gbarpolu County Superintendent then later ordered that he be evicted from the compound when he was taken to the Bopolu City market, where he slept in the market kitchen until Monday, June 6, 2022, when he is said to have insulted all traditional women of Gbarpolu County.
In their numbers, the traditional women along with culture Inspector for the County, Koisee Hahn started singing “Sande” society bush songs and brought Flomo’s complaint to Superintendent J. Keyah Saah.
The traditional people categorically demanded that John Flomo to get this young man out of Gbarpolu County.
According to Superintendent Keyah Saah, he had communicated with the neighbouring Bong County Superintendent, who welcomed the idea of carrying John Flomo to his home land with police escort and Bong County’s Kpelle Governor Daniel Kollie.
