Says Liberia National Police To “Provide Significant Update”

In the wake of the detention of former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott by the Liberia National Police, the Ministry of Information Cultural Affairs and Tourism (MICAT) has announced that it is holding a Major Press Briefing tomorrow, Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

A MICAT press release signed by Deputy Minister for Public Affairs said on Tuesday, said that the press briefing will be involving the Liberia National Police will provide a significant update in the ongoing investigation regarding the death of Ms. Charloe Musu at the home of the Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Previous announcements from government about update on the Charloe Musu death case failed to take place recently.

But the Information Ministry says the Press Briefing on Wednesday will begin at 11:00 am at the MICAT’s Conference Room.

The media is asked to be present no later than 10:30 am.

The public can listen to the live broadcast of Press Briefing on ELBC Radio and through other media institutions and platforms.
