2 Foreign Pathologists Complete Second Autopsy On Charloe Musu’s Remains

Monrovia, Liberia – Two foreign pathologists including a Forensic investigator and a Registered Nurse have conducted the second autopsy on the remains of murdered Charloe Musu at the St. Moses Funeral Parlor daughter of former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott.

The foreign pathologists and forensic investigator, who did the 2nd autopsy on Thursday November 9,2023 at 3:39pm, are Dr. Matthias I. Okoye, M.D., M.Sc., J.D., F.R.C.P.I, F.C.L.M. (Pathologist), Dr. Cordelia C. Okoye, M.B., CH.B., B.A.O., L.R.C.P.I. & L.R.C.S.I., B.Sc. (Hons)(Medical Doctor), Dr. Cordelia N. Okoye, R.N., B.A., M.P.H., PH.D. (Registered Nurse) and Mr. Dale L. Williams Forensic Consultant & Forensic Investigator of the United States.

Charloe, who was about to graduate from the Starz University College, was allegedly murdered at the home of the former Chief Justice in Monrovia’s Brewerville suburb on February 22, 2023, after which an autopsy was conducted by the Liberian Pathologist Dr. Benedict Kolee. Prior to the conduct of the autopsy, the foreign doctors visited the home of the Ex-Chief Justice in Brewerville and toured the entire facility.

They did a video recording and did a photograph of the facility.

As part of their task was a visit of the foreign pathologists to the crime scene along with state prosecutors, police authorities, defense lawyers and journalists who cover the court.

At the home of the former Chief Justice, it was observed that Cllr. Scott’s fence has no bar wires around it and it is easier for anyone to pass over it.

Description of Cllr. Scott’s Residence 

The the external part of the former Liberian Chief Justice residence is situated between two houses in the right corner with a long fence and said fence is not protected with bar wires neither broken bottles.

The back of the fence is facing the Atlantic Ocean, while front of fence is located at the North, the west side of the fence has the Redeemer International School opposite it and the East side of the fence is lower with residential homes around it.

The back of the fence that is facing the Atlantic Ocean has a fence connected to it and even the design on the fence gate can be used by anyone who want to get in and the fence is also surrounded with flowers and plum trees.

In the yard, there are many fruit trees including Coconut, palm, paw paw, Amour tree, palava hut, shop with flat top and place for animals and many flowers.

The front of house has fallen ceiling tiles which was the first place that was attacked while the side on the right of the house, also had fallen ceiling tiles but was replaced with a bigger planks which was previously attacked.

However, journalists were prevented from entering inside the residence of Cllr. Gloria Scott

The description mentioned above showed that anyone can easily enter the fence from any side which contradicts police investigation that there is no resistance around Cllr. Scott.

Meanwhile, the former Chief Justice and three of her family members are expected to take the witness stand soon while state prosecutors rested with the producers of both documentary and oral evidence with the right to bring rebuttal witnesses when the need arises.

State prosecutors have produced eighteen witnesses.
