FARMINGTON LOWER Margibi, Liberia — The search for a missing man here ended with the sad discovery of his lifeless body on Monday morning, February 2, 2026, after days of search for his whereabouts.

The man, identified as Moses Nyangbèh, was recovered from the Farmington River.

Town Chief Emmanuel Williams reported the discovery at approximately 8:00 a.m. Upon notification, police investigators, including Inspector Flomo J. Tomkollie and Officer Augustine Kpehe of the Kent District, immediately responded to the scene to begin an investigation.

The deceased has been identified as Moses Nyangbèh, who had been previously reported missing. At the scene, a fifteen-member coroner’s jury was convened to conduct an initial examination of the body.
