The Court’s took the decision after State prosecutors Nolle Prosequi based on lack of sufficient evidence.

Nolle prosequi (abbreviated nol. pros.) is a Latin phrase, which directly translates to “not to wish to prosecute.” Nolle prosequi is a legal notice or entry of record that the prosecutor or plaintiff has decided to abandon the prosecution or lawsuit.

“Prosecution prays Your Honor and this Honorable court to invoke Chapter 18 section 18.1 of the Criminal Procedure Law in the below captioned case Julie Endee Vs Prophet Key with crimes Criminal Coercion, menacing and disorderly conduct;

Thereby entering the plea of nolle prosequi of Criminal coercion, menacing and disorderly conduct against the defendant in these proceedings due to lack of sufficient evidence to prosecute and may re-file if the need arises.”
