Fidelity Healthcare Services CEO Dragged To Court In Liberia-Why?

TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, Monrovia- The Fidelity Healthcare Service and Chief Executive Officer Christian Opuku Biney has been dragged to the Debt Court at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia for an action of Debt.

Fidelity CEO Biney was recently brought before Judge James E. Jones of the Debt Court by Yahaya E. Jalingo who was hired by Mr. Biney as a professional Medical Doctor to render professional services at the Fidelity Healthcare on 20th Street Sinkor.

According to Mr. Jalingo, he was hired by defendant Biney and agreed on monthly consideration as well as benefits relating to and appertaining to the services plaintiff was her to perform.

Mr. Jalingo revealed that pursuant to their understanding, he continued his professional services with defendant (Fidelity Healthcare Services, Inc.) without any omission or commission throughout the execution of duties and responsibilities. Notwithstanding, he Jaligo performed his professional duties and responsibilities but without any fault on his part, defendant Biney communicated with him desiring and wishing to terminate his services and the services were terminated against the language and understanding between the two parties.

Mr. Jaligo, among other things, noted that when the statement between him and Defendant Biney intensified, the matter was referred to the Nigerian Ambassador who intervened, with the object to have the differences between him and the defendant to be resolved short of litigation. However, the ambassador’s intervention did not yield the needed fruits.

Accordingly, the plaintiff and defendant, exchanged several emails expressing cross-dissatisfactions in the course of dealings. The defendant, in responded to the ambassador’s communication, admitted that he owes Mr. Jalingo the sum of Fifty-nine thousand one hundred fifty-eight dollars (US$59,158.00).

In furtherance, the defendant admitted to pay the entire amount of the USD$ 59,158 in due course; amounts categorical admission of defendant that it owes plaintiff the said amount which now becomes a strict liability due to admission. Something which he, the defendant has refused to lift up to.

Meanwhile, Judge James E. Jones has issued a writ of execution on defendant Christian Opuku Biney, the CEO of Fidelity Healthcare Services.

According to the writ, “You are hereby commanded to seize and expose for sale the Assets and Interest of Fidelity Healthcare Services and Chief Executive Officer in the proceedings and if the sum realized there from be not sufficient, then seize their real properties until they shall have raised the amount US$ 33,540.12.

Adding commanded, “if you cannot find assets of the said defendant, you are hereby further commanded to seize their properties or arrest their living bodies and forthwith bring them before any Judge of competent jurisdiction to be dealt with according to law unless they shall pay the money or show properties.”

Judge Jones maintained that upon receiving from said defendant, adding that defendant to pay over to the plaintiff the sum of money necessary to satisfy the judgment and reserve unto the cost of court expenses.
