A group of women under the banner, is expected to shortly converge at the “Mountain of Judgement” in Karnplay, Liberia’s northeastern Nimba County to seek the face of the Almighty God.

The group is under the banner of the “United Christian Women for the upliftment of Liberia.” The women’s undertaking comes in the wake of widespread calls for justice in various parts of Liberia, including increasing number of rape cases and the recent mysterious deaths of four Liberian Auditors in just eight days.

One of the lead “prayer warriors”, Pastor Helena Charlie told www.newspublictrust.com over the weekend, that about fifty women from across the Country will be on top of the Mountain giving Liberia’s case to God on grounds that he is the only one who can fight the Country case.

Pastor Charlie, the President for the Prayer Network for Women’s Empowerment stated that the focus point of the group is for God to continue to give the nation justice.

She said that there are injustices ongoing in the Country and it is only God who holds the heart of men.

The female Christian cleric recounts that rape is one of the issues that will be given to God because he is the only one who can stop it.

According to her, they have been interceding as women of Liberia and God has been giving them directions noting that as prayer worries God gives direction.

Pastor Charlie also said in Margibi there is a Mountain of Mercy where they go with their faith to seek mercy from God stating that this time they want to visit the Mountain of Judgement.

The Mountain of Judgement, she said was discovered in Karnplay City, Nimba County and the Christian women will be on top of it for more than a week interceding on behalf of Liberia.

“Many years ago we have intercede for God to raise up a leader who has a God fearing heart, “anyone who knows God you will know how to treat your fellowmen,” the female Liberian cleric explained.

Pastor Charlie indicated that to lead people is not an easy thing and it will take a heart with the fear of God who will give direction to lead.

She then encouraged those who will not found part of the process to send forth their prayer request with their faith added to it and it will be placed on God’s alter.
