Man, 63 In Suicide: Found Hanging From House Roof In Maryland County

Pleebo, Maryland, Liberia- A man identifed as Zaka Swen believed to be 63 years has allegedly committed suicide over the weekend in the suburb of Pleebo City in Maryland County.

This area is situated over 611 kilometers southeast of Monrovia.

The www.newspublictrust.com has gathered  that the late Zaka Swen and his wife, Hellena Doe who have been doing charcoal business for their daily survival, but the deceased had accused his wife of having extramarital affair with one of the workers who  help them to produce the coal.

The tragedy happened on Saturday,, September 19, 2020. According to the deceased wife, Ms. Helena, the late Zaka went on the farm where the coal production takes place and damaged the tent that was used by them to rest.

“My Husband after accusing me of having extra relationship, he went on the farm destroyed our tent, destroyed our vegetables and even tore all my clothes. And as I speak, the only clothes I have is the one on me here left,” the now widow said.

Hellena also explained: “My Husband took his life out of frustration and jealousy, because he’s always accusing me of having extra affairs with our co-workers.”

She further explained to local Journalists in Maryland County that after he (her deceased husband Zaka) did that, she had complained him to some People and elders in the nearby town to investigative him. And those people decided to setup a date to investigate the issue before his sudden death.
