GRAND CAPE MT., Liberia- The Senatorial By-election held on Saturday in Grand Cape Mount County, Western Liberia was very peaceful but voter turnout was said to be poor.

The October 5, 2019 By-election is to replace former Senator Edward Dagoseh who died months ago.

Many of those who failed to turn out said they were tired voting people into office who later neglect carrying out meaningful developments to improve the County.
