Victor Tokpah Promises To Pay School Fees Of Students In Yandiwoan Clan

NYARTA, Liberia- A representative candidate in Bong County electoral District #2, A. Victor B. Tokpah has promised to provide educational opportunities for students of Yandiwoan clan.

He feels education is the bear rock for any nation development.

In demonstrating his quest, he promised to pay the fees of students in the clan beginning this academic year.

Mr. Tokpah is one of six candidates running for the electoral district#2 representative seat in this central Liberian County.

He has also promised to provide books in return; stating that offering scholarship for students’ capacity building is the safest gift he can offer to have a guaranteed future.

According to the CDC candidate, he currently has scholarship across the major schools including the Bong County Technical College where Liberians are acquiring quality tertiary education.

Currently, Mr. Tokpah is rolling out life skills training for over six thousand women across electoral district#2 to be sustainable.

The women are expected to graduate soon, thus leading to a life changing empowerment for them.

On his legislative quest, the CDC electoral district#2 representative candidate called on electorates to vote him to have a better leadership.

When elected, A. Victor B. Tokpah vowed to focus on sustainable agricultural development and educational opportunities across electoral district#2.

He was guest speaker during the fourth anniversary celebration of the Yandiwoan United Students Association in Nyata, Yandiwoan, electoral district#2 over the weekend.

Meanwhile, the electoral district representative candidate has described the role of every student in nation building as cardinal.

Mr. A. Victor B. Tokpah has cautioned every young people of Liberia especially students to be involved in Liberia’s development.

According to him, if young people of Liberia must be involved in building the country, there is a need for quality education to be transferred to the current generation.

The Bong County District#2 representative candidate believes that if a nation fails to educate its people about their roles in nation building, such a nation stands to fail its people in every aspect.

He further added that if the education sector of any nation collapses, such a nation also fails to deliver its citizens from poverty and bad leadership.

Mr. Tokpah then called on every school-going kid of Liberia to take education seriously if they are to properly represent Liberia in the future.
