Man, 43, Shoots Himself Dead After Wife Allegedly Denied Him Sex

An unimaginable and unthinkable incident has occurred in Liberia’s northeastern Nimba County, where a 43-year-old man identified as Anthony Kehbah allegedly shot himself dead after his second wife is said to have denied him sex.

Reports say the tragic incident occurred recently in Larpea #2 town, Nimba County.

According to eyewitnesses and residents of Larpea #2, Anthony Kehbah has been in relationship with two wives in the community.

The eyewitnesses disclosed that victim Kahbah second wife has early accused him of paying more attention to his first wife then her, situation which led to her action of denying him sex.

“My husband Anthony Kahbah can only come to me in the night time to free himself on me thereby paying less attention to me and my children, I am not a woman that man can only sleep with without pay more attention to me, she added.”

The report said that police in Karnplay was informed through the Statutory District Superintendent and the Town Chief of Larpea #2 town that a resident of his community was found lying in a pool of blood, situation that cause the LNP Karnplay detachment to immediately launched an investigation into the matter and two persons including his second wife were arrested and they are currently going through police investigation.

Those arrested are Tarkpor Yeanamie and Oliver Teanay who are still going police investigation at the Karnplay Station.
