New York-Based John Jay College And AME Zion University Partner In 3 Area

Advancing academic partnerships in the United States, AME Zion University President, Dr. Emmanuel Johnson has announced a tripartite agreement with John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.

In a press release from the USA, Dr. Johnson outlined the key areas of collaboration as research, national symposiums, and the establishment of faculty and student exchange programs between the two institutions.

Both academic institutions share common values in criminal justice, with AMEZU set to leverage John Jay College’s expertise in this field.

The AMEZU delegation visiting John Jay College in New York included Rev. Solomon Muin, Mr. Eddie Tarwali, Mr. Nathaniel Nagbe and Dr. Emmanuel Johnson. Representing the host, John Jay College, were Dr. Gohar Petrossian, Executive Assistant to the Ph.D. Programs, and acclaimed international researcher Dr. Hung-En Sung.

John Jay College of Criminal Justice, part of the City University of New York, is renowned for its focus on criminal justice, law enforcement and public service education. It offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs designed to prepare students for leadership roles in public service sectors.

The University is currently undergoing a rebranding process to enhance its impact on Liberia’s educational landscape.
