President George Weah is a false teacher and he should not be preaching in any church, the Pastor of the Refuge Baptist Church in Monrovia, Saint Solomon Joah says.

On the eve of the New Year on December 31, 2018, President Weah dedicated his Forky Jlaleh Family Fellowship Church, one of the many buildings that he has put up in and around Monrovia since taking the oath of office on January 22, 2019.

The Liberian international football star-turned politician mounted the Pulpit that night and said “Life is a business; what you do with your life will make you profitable or unprofitable.”

“God gives to everyone talent according to their own managerial ability. God doesn’t give you things that you can’t take care of,” the Forky Jlaleh Family Fellowship Church church founder and Preacher, President Weah said.

But the Liberian leader has come under serious criticism from Pastor Joah, a prominent and vocal cleric, when he appeared on the popular weekly live religious talk show on state radio ELBC, Society and Religion on Sunday, May 5, 2019.

Pastor Joah, who refers to himself as a “Biblical Fundamentalist,” stressed that President Weah should focus on his tasks as President rather than to be a pastor/preacher.

“President Weah will disgrace the Church of God because he is not skilled in the things of the Bible,” Pastor Joah stressed.

The tough talking Pastor Joah indicated that President Weah is not pastoring a good church and therefore no one should go there.

Pastor Joah also said he will criticize any pastor who preaches the wrong gospel just as President Weah is doing.

He then urged the Liberian President to leave his Forkie Kloh Family Christian Fellowship “quickly to someone else”.
