Police Send Man To Court For Allegedly Duping Business-People In Buchanan

BUCHANAN, Liberia- Police in Buchanan have arrested and forwarded to Court a 42-year-old man, Goyalah Mulbah for allegedly duping several businesspeople in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.

Mr. Mulbah, who claims he comes from Grand Gedeh County, was arrested on recently this port city.

According to police charge sheet, he has been charged with deception by theft, theft of properties, and attempt to create murder, following complaint filed by some of the victims.

Abraham Kings Jones, proprietor of small Banking and Finance in Buchanan alleged that suspect Goyalah duped him of 1,280 United States Dollars; while, Ruth Flomo, a business woman also revealed that the defendant used his notorious strategy to take away 520 United States Dollars from her, including several other business persons in Buchanan.

Meanwhile, Suspect Goyalah Mulbah who has since denied the allegations is currently under detention by the Buchanan Magisterial Court awaiting court trail.
