Several Liberians continue to receive more opportunities from its highest partner Washington.

The latest is a prominent Liberian based in the United States of America Mr. Jomah B. Samuels.

Several Liberians continue to receive more opportunities from the country’s biggest traditional partner, Washington.

The latest person to get yet another opportunity is a prominent Liberian based in the United States of America, Jomah B. Samuels.

Mr. Samuels served as Former Resource Officer at the 52nd National Legislature and former Community Support Professional Devereux.org, former Program Specialist, Woods.org, former Case Manager, Woods Foundation.

Woods Services Foundation is a non-profit organization and implementing agency for the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Human Services in the United States of America.

Two years ago, Woods launched the international Family and Friends Workers to recruit qualified Liberians and Nigerians to work and live in America on a green card program through the help of Mr. Samuels an inattentive which led the U.S. Department of Labor approval for 55 Liberians and Nigerians to work in the United States.

On April 12, 2023, a team of top executives of Woods Services Foundation of Langhorne Pennsylvania led by Mr. Jomah B. Samuels arrived in Liberia to commence the implementation of the international family and friends workers program at a local hotel Sinkor, Monrovia.

The team further trained beneficiaries from Liberia to work with Woods International in the USA.

Mr. Samuels’s contributions to Woods Services International have promoted him to the HR Generalist.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, April 15, 2024, Mr. Samuels expressed gratitude to Woods Services International for a task that could attract more opportunities for foreign citizens and Countries around the globe.

He further promised to work according to his terms of reference mentioned in the instructions.

“I want to express our gratitude to Woods Services Foundation for the confidence reposed in us, I will work diligently to ensure that Countries who have an interest in working with us are well treated,” Mr. Samuels noted.

Many Liberians particularly Margibians have expressed gratitude to Woods Foundation for selecting their son to serve a top position in the United States.

Mr. Sando Jallah, a resident of Margibi’s first electoral District told reporters that Woods Services Foundation has provided opportunities to struggling Liberians and called on Mr. Samuels to make Liberians proud as he began his new job.

“Woods Foundation is doing well for the Liberian people and we are willing to get more opportunities”, Mr. Jallah mentioned.
