A grassroots support base of Ambassador Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Family Heads Movement in support of JNB (FHM) has extended congratulatory messages and warm congratulations to Ambassador Joseph Nynma Boakai and Senator Jeremiah Kang Koung on their victory as President and Vice President-Elect respectively of Liberia.

In a release, the Head of the Family Head Movement, Victor C. Scott said Amb. Boakai’s victory over President Weah represents the choice of the Liberian people for the “Rescue Mission”.

Mr. Scott said the Family Head Movement sees Boakai’s victory as Liberian voters’ best decision in the last 6 years.   FHM Boss justified his claim by pointing to Mr. Boakai’s choice of a young man as vice President. The Movement believes President Elect-Boakai will mentor his young Vice President as they both serve the true intent of the “Rescue Mission”.

The Movement said it found attractive, practical, and redeeming the platform of Ambassador Boakai. ARREST is the acronym of President-Elect spelled out as Agriculture, Roads, Rule of Law, Education Sanitation, and Tourism as the frontline intervention of his government.

Mr. Scott called on all Liberians to sustain the victory of Amb. Boakai by supporting a peaceful transition between the CDC-led Government and the Unity Party Government of Ambassador Boakai.

Meanwhile, the Family Heads Movement in support of JNB – JKK National Leadership said, it is saddened by the gruesome deaths of jubilant Liberians who were gathered to celebrate the pronounced victory by the National Election Commissions on November 20. Many partisans suffered death and injury out of reckless driving reportedly carried out by a 31-year-old man at the Unity Party Headquarters on Board Street on Monday Night.

FHM is calling on the Liberia National Police to carry out impartial and nonpartisan investigation to establish the rationale of the nightmare.  The Movement calls on all Liberians to view this sad incident as a national tragedy.

The Family Heads Movement in support of JNB was organized in 2017 with 500 members in 13 of the 15 counties of Liberia for the purpose of supporting the presidential bid of the Unity Party Standard Bearer, Ambassador Joseph Nyuma Boakai, and his former Vice Standard Bearer, the then House Speaker J. Emmanuel Nuquay.
