Eight persons, including a new graduate of the University of Liberia, are reported dead in the GSA Road community in the Paynesville suburb of Monrovia, after an overnight graduation celebrations.
The dead, six females and two males, also includes the graduate were found in their home.
It was a pathetic scene in the early hours of Thursday at the qota field community behind the SKD sport complex when a graduate and seven other family members reportedly died from a Generator fumesmoke after celebrating a her graduation.

Eyewitnesses said since day broke the female graduate and her eight family members didn’t step outside.
The female graduate on Wednesday February 25, 2021, graduated from the Business college of the University of Liberia (UL).
But unconfirmed report says that they might have died from Carbon monoxide (gasoline smoke).
They were discovered after neighbors observed that since day broke, no one had come out of the house.
According to eyewitnesses, they placed the generator in the house and all went to sleep.
Those died includes three kids and five adult but their cause of death is yet to be established by both police and health authority.
Peeking through the window, they saw people lying all around seemingly dead.
