CMC Leader Rep. Musa Bility Tells Bomi People: “We’ve Come To Credit You”

BOMI, Liberia- The Political Leader of the Citizens Movement for Change (CMC), Representative Musa Hassan Bility, has assured citizens in the western Bomi County of his commitment to delivering meaningful development and transforming the political landscape of Liberia.

Speaking to a cross-section of supporters and sympathizers in Jenneh #3 Bomi County on Thursday February 19, ,2026, the Nimba County Representative emphasized that his movement is determined to reshape the dynamics of politics across the country.

Addressing the gathering, the CMC leader declared, “We come to credit you,” a statement he used to reassure residents that their trust and support would not be taken for granted.

Bility noted that the Citizens Movement for Change remains focused on promoting transparency, accountability, and inclusion in governance, stressing that Liberia’s political culture must shift toward people-centered leadership.

According to him, his nationwide tour is not a mere political exercise but a deliberate effort to engage citizens at the grassroots level and understand their real challenges.

He explained that the tour provides a platform to listen to ordinary Liberians, interact with community leaders, and identify practical solutions that directly impact local communities.

The CMC political leader assured residents of Bomi of his commitment to fulfilling promises made during the engagement, including the provision of scholarship, improvement of road connectivity, and the empowerment of Women and youth, following several appeals from citizens to address pressing community issues.

He indicated that development under his leadership would prioritize tangible results, including infrastructure improvement, youth empowerment, and better social services, stressing

that politics should no longer be about empty promises but about delivering measurable progress that citizens can see and feel in their daily lives.

He encouraged supporters to remain committed to the movement’s vision of national transformation, stating that collective action is key to building a more accountable and transparent Liberia.

Highlighting the importance of inclusion, Bility said his movement seeks to involve young people, women, and marginalized groups in decision-making processes to ensure balanced national development.

The CMC leader also reaffirmed his belief that sustainable development can only be achieved when leaders remain accessible and responsive to the people they serve.

Residents who attended the engagement expressed appreciation for the visit, describing it as an opportunity to voice their concerns and expectations directly to the political leader.
