KAKATA, Liberia–In a major boost for Liberia’s technical workforce, technology company FIXAARS is set to host a direct employment and skills matching event this Friday August 7th, 2026 at the Booker Washington Institute (BWI).

“FIXAARS is bringing the marketplace directly to the campus. This is not just a career fair; it is an activation of a direct employment pipeline for our students and alumni. We are excited to host a platform that places the value of our technical training at the forefront,” Mr. Brent stated.
He added, “The relationship between BWI and FIXAARS will provide our graduates with a clear, digital pathway to monetize their skills immediately. We are expecting a massive turnout from across the county, as this addresses the critical gap between certification and income generation.”
