The radical leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters of Liberia (EFFL) Emmanuel C.D. Gonquoi has surfcsed on a list of scores of Presidential nominations/appointments released by the Executive Mansion today, Tuesday, February 20224 to various top posts in the ruling Unity Party government of President Joseph Boakai.
Mr. Gonquoi, whose EFFL supported the UP Alliance in the 2023 elections, has been nominated as Deputy Minister for Planning & Manpower at the Labour Ministry, says the press release.
During last year’s legislative elections, Gonquoi was defeated in Margibi County.
