NFAA Boss Advances Recommendations

The National Food Assistance Agency has advanced a three-count recommendation to the National Steering Committee of the COVID-19 Household Food Support Program, which the government says will begin on May 23, 2020.

The agency’s Director General, Nelly Daitouah says his Agency’s recommendations are aimed at accelerating the providing numeration of household, beneficiaries and monitoring aspect to the food support program in the country.

Mr. Daitouah recommended that 20 persons be selected from each of the 73 districts to enumerate the people  and to work with the community leaders in identifying these public building or community hall for the storage of food that will be supplied.
