As SRC/Jetty Conglomerate Boosts The Club

MARGIBI COUNTY, Liberia– Kakata-based Ka-City FC over the weekend collected their first three points of the new LFA Margibi Sub-Association’s 3rd Division 2025-2026 League.

Under their new management, the SRC/Jetty conglomerate, Ka-City secured a comfortable 3–0 home victory over Prosper FC on Sunday, 7 December, at the famous Nancy B. Doe Sports Stadium here.

The match, which marked the opening fixture of the new season, attracted a huge crowd, with about 40% of spectators cheering for Ka-City FC, now operating under a new football partnership with Latex FC based in Weala, Margibi County.

With the win, Ka-City FC now sit second on the league table with three points from their first game of the campaign.

The team is expected to play its next match on Tuesday, 9 December, against FC Quincy at 4 PM at the Nancy B. Doe Sports Stadium in Kakata.

Management Takeover in Progress

In another development, it is understood that the management of the SRC/Jetty Conglomerate—owned by businessman Dr. Upjit Singh Sachdeva( Jeety) —through its football arm, Latex FC, has taken over Ka-City FC.

The partnership (“marriage”) is expected to be finalized at the end of the 2025–2026 league season.

If all necessary agreements are completed, the club could undergo a rebranding.
