Grand Bassa County third division club, Loopers FC, has officially announced the appointment of Mr. Enoch Carter as the club’s new Head of Mobilization.
Mr. Carter’s appointment was confirmed on Thursday, May 7, through a post published on the club’s official Facebook page.
The appointment of the CEO of Mother’s Blessing Transport Ride (Taxi & Bikes) comes as Loopers FC intensifies preparations for the upcoming National Third Division Playoffs.
In its official statement, the club praised Mr. Carter for his continued commitment and support toward the team and its players. According to the release, his recent contribution of USD $100 to the squad reflects his passion and belief in the club’s vision and future.

“As the club continues its journey this season, we believe the addition of Mr. Carter to our leadership structure will further strengthen unity, motivation, and support around the team,” the statement noted.
Loopers FC, champions of the 2024–2025 LFA Grand Bassa Sub-Association Third Division League, currently sits at the top of the league table with 33 points and four matches remaining in the 2025–2026 campaign.
Following an impressive run this season, the club is hopeful of retaining the league title for a second consecutive year, depending on the outcome of the remaining fixtures.
