Montserrado FC only defeat was back in 2022 when Kings Park Rangers FC defeated the league leader 5-3 during the first phase of the competition.
And on Sunday, 12 February at the same venue reigning champions LEAD MFA won a narrow 1-0 away win over Zion FC, while Shiatta FC and Fedell United share points after a one-all draw.
The win for the defending champions LEAD MFA over Zion FC on Sunday, 12 February moves the club to second place on the league table with 13 points.
Football actions will continue on 18 February in the chase for domestic silverware.
In game one at 2PM on 18 February Fedell United vs. King Park Rangers FC while at 4PM in game two Shiatta FC vs. Zion FC.
And on 19 February in game one at 2PM Corinthians FC vs. Montserrado FC while at 4PM Young Boy vs. LEAD MFA.
