Christopher Jackson’s Brace And Daniel Toe’s Goals Move LISCR FC On Top

LISCR FC sensational striker Christopher Jackson continues good scoring for LISCR FC, as his clinical finishing twice and Daniel Toe’s goals earned LISCR FC a comfortable 3-0 away win over Freeport FC.

The former 2019 MVP and Joint Top goal scorer of the Orange National League-1st Division Jackson registered a brace in his team’s convincing 3-0 win over Freeport FC on Thursday ,9 March 2023 at the Tusa Field Sports Stadium in the Gardnerville suburb of Monrovia.

Jackson scores in each half to secured a 3-0 away for LISCR FC over Freeport FC though been substituted in the second half after netting his brace.

The LISCR FC striker Jackson gives the visitor an early lead in the first half from the penalty spot in the 21st minute after Ishamael Dumbuya was brought down early in the penalty box of Freeport FC to give LISCR FC a 1-0 over Freeport FC. But Daniel Toe doubled the lead in the 49 ‘ minute to give the team a 2-0 halftime win over Freeport FC.

Back from recess Christopher Jackson scores a brace in the 46 ‘ minute of the second half to give his team a comfortable 3-0 away win over Freeport FC.

Jackson, who was substituted in the second half brace in each of the half sealed a 3-0 win over Freeport FC on Thursday, 9 March moves him to 15 goals for LISCR FC.

He leads the goal-scoring chat with four goals ahead of Gibson Freeman of Cece United and Nuch Zohn of Mighty Barrolle.

Jackson has now score on nine out of the 14 clubs in the Orange National League-1st Division League excluding Watanga FC and FC Bea Mountain which he failed to score in the back-to-back fixtures.

He has was not on the score sheet for his club LISCR FC in the first meetings against Invincible Eleven, Nimba Kwado FC and Heaven Eleven.

Since the start of the 2022-2023 league season Jackson has been included in Coach Sam Chebli first team squad in all competition but has been ommited from the coach Chebli starting XI on four occasions, with three coming from the league which include all three coming in the month of September 2022.

The team’s opening fixture away to Cece United on 4 September at the ATS on the UN Drive, on 22 September FC Bea Mountain and 27 Watanga FC at the Tusa Field Sports Stadium in Gardnerville respectively.

While on the other end it was on 17 September in a return leg in a CAF Confederation CUP fixture against Sporting Club De Gagnoa in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast where LISCR FC suffers a 3-1 defeat and got exit out of the competition.

The LISCR FC tailsman Christopher Jackson got his first hattrick for club this season in his first start of the 2022-2023 league season on 7 September 2022 while administering entrance to MUSCAT FC at SKD Practice Pitch in Paynesville in an away fixture with LISCR FC getting a comfortably 5-1 win.

Jackson this season for club has score in back-to-back fixtures against MUSCAT FC and Jubilee FC.

The former MVP and Joint Top Goalscorer is hoping to increase his goal tally in the team’s next fixture with Nimba Kwado on 12 March at the Tusa Field Sports Stadium in Gardnerville.

Jackson brace and Daniel Toe goals moves LISCR FC on top of the table with 41points, two points ahead of FC Bea Mountain who sits at second place with 39pts.

In other results on Thursday, 9 March FC Bea Mountain failed to get a win over Nimba Kwado FC at the Floyd Tomah Sports Pitch in Sanniquelle, Nimba County as both teams played to a goalless draw at full-time.

It means that both clubs failed to secure three points in two consecutive matches.
And moreover Coach Robert Lartey team FC Bea Mountain has not getting three points from the three games in a row but rally a point.

FC Bea Mountain last win was on 5 February 2023 over the defending champions Watanga FC at the ATS on the UN Drive where the Gold and Dimond Boys of FC Bea Mountain won a narrow 2-1.

Despite not been favor with a win in the previous three fixtures failure FC Bea Mountain remains the only team in the Orange National League-1st Division that is yet to taste a defeat.

On the other hand, Nimba United FC got a 1-0 narrow home win over Watanga FC at the North Star Stadium in Mt. Barclay.
The win for Nimba United FC marks the second win of the season and despite the win over Watanga FC the team sit at the bottom of the table with 14pts from 19 games ,2 wins, 8 draws and 9 defeats.

While the defeat to the defending champions Watanga FC has weakened the title ambitions and moreover drop points but remains third place with 33pts on the league table. from 19 games.

The title chase continues over the weekend with fascinating and interesting fixtures from 11-13 of March across the Country.

LISCR FC needs a must win in all of remaining fixtures if the team want to break its six yeas domestic trophy deadlock. The Shipping Boys of LISCR FC last won the domestic league in 2017.

And on the on the other, the Kinjor-based club FC Bea Mountain is hoping that the Shipping Boys of LISCR FC suffers a defeat depending, if FC Bea Mountain wins all of it winning matches to be crown champions for the first time in the club history.

All of the clubs in the Orange National League-1st Division has seven games left.
