Top officials of a pro human rights and forest advocacy group, Concessions and Investment Monitoring Agency (CIMAL) has revealed that an Algerian national is stranded in Monrovia with multiple medical problems.

A Franco Algerian with a Berber origin, age 72 and known as Nait Belaid El Hocine CIMAL claimed to have escaped from his native land Algeria, as a result of religious prosecution from the Algerian Government.

At the moment, CIMAL disclosed that Mr. El Hocine is residing in Monrovia as legal refugee and urgently in dire need of speedy medical assistance abroad in order to save his life at the hands of the multiple medical problems.

A CIMAL press statement pointed out that the Algerian national is suffering hip fracture, bone dislocation, knee cap dislocated and an ankle problem.

According to him, this incident occurred in 2014 and since then, he has been going from one hospital to another and regrettably no solution has been found.

CIMAL also noted that Mr. El Hocine visited the bone specialist at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Monrovia and the medical doctor recommended that he seeks medical treatment abroad.

Sadly, the CIMAL statement added that there is no money to facilitate the medical process and even to get a daily meal is very difficult for sick El Hocine.

Therefore, the CIMAL intimated that they are asking for humanitarian entities, individuals and kind hearted Liberians to in any form, shape and manner rescue the Algerian national from his current multiple medical challenges.
