US Christian Charity In Liberia To Conduct Free Eye Services & Distribute Reading Glasses

Monrovia- A delegation from the Living Word Christian, Center Lake Charles Louisiana in the USA Jesus House of Refuge Ministries has arrived in Liberia to carry on the free eye test and distribute over seven hundred reading glasses to the needy.

According to Bishop Joseph Banks and Dr. Carty Banks, once the vision of people is repaired, they can be able to fend for themselves.

The two clergymen spoke in an interview with Reporters upon their arrival in Liberia from the United States over the weekend

They explained that eye illness is on the increase in Liberia and it must be addressed as they have provided free eye test for so many Liberians.

Bishop Joseph Banks and Dr. Carty Banks are the founders of the Living Word Christian, Center Lake Charles Louisiana USA Jesus House of Refuge Ministries International with branches in Africa.

At the same time, the Living Word Christian, Center Lake Charles Louisiana USA Jesus House of Refuge Ministries International recently concluded a three-day connection conference at the Ebenezer Don Steward Pentecost Church, in Point Four, New Kru Town on the Bushrod Island, Monrovia.

The conference, which brought together more than one hundred  of people ,was under the theme “Faith for the Supernatural” .

During the power packed conference 2022, Bishop Joseph Banks and Dr. Carty Banks conducted training sessions for pastors and other social workers who will serve as care-givers for disadvantage young people on drugs and strengthen the spiritual life of Liberians.

Bishop Banks disclosed that they have the increasing desire to establish a branch of the Living Word Christian, Center Lake Charles Louisiana USA Jesus house of refuge ministries international in Liberia.
