Fresh report says a forensic team from the Liberia National Police (LNP) has been dispatch on Thursday to the Wulki Farm in Careysburg outside Monrovia owned by opposition leader Benoni Urey, after a body of a female was said to be found there.
The identity of the female or how she died is not known.
Urey was one of the 20 presidential candidates in the October 10, 2017 election in Liberia on the ticket of the opposition All Liberian Party (ALP).
The ALP is one of the few parties that collaborated with the opposition Liberty Party (LP) and the ruling Unity Party (UP) in challenging the results of the October 10 polls.
A senior police official confirmed to wwww.newspubllictrust on Thursday that the LNP forensic team was deployed at Urey’s farm but said it has not yet reported on its findings.
