For Multilateral Pre-Finance In Liberia

The Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) Executive Governor, Aloysius Tarlue has hailed the AfreximBank Liberia Trade Roadshow Partners for the level of multilateral pre-finance in Liberia Banking sectors.

Speaking at the Conference of AfreximBank Liberia Trade Roadshow on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at the EJS Ministerial Complex in Monrovia’s Congo Town suburb, Governor Tarlue noted that the CBL was happy to be part of the two-day AfreximBank Conference in Liberia.

According to him, the AfreximBank Liberia trade roadshow is the first Inter-Africa Trade serial organized by Oak Wood Green Africa.

“This event is very helpful to the Central Bank of Liberia,” Governor Tarlue emphasized.

The head of Liberia’s Central mentioned that the key focus of Oak Wood Green Africa investment Company is to make strategic investment in various areas across the African continent.

CBL Governor Tarlue noted that the AfreximBank Primera objectives to African Banking institutions is to support the intra-africa trade agenda and ensure the last mile of African Trade Roadshow in African Countries.

The Oak Wood Africa Trade Road Show is also being done in collaboration with Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Liberia.

It is also being done in partnership with Havit and the National Investment Commission (NIC).

The AfreximBank is a multilateral pre- finance institution which continues to play major role in supporting, facilitating and financing in African Trade, according to the CBL Governor.

He noted that the vision of AfreximBank across African countries is to develop African Businesses and Banking sectors.
