Liberian Police Authorities Assure Nigerian Citizens Of Protection

IG Coleman Welcomes Nigerian Community and Descendants Union Police Inspector General Gregory O.W Coleman has assured Nigerians residing in Liberia of Police protection, as long as they remain within the confined of the laws of Liberia.

Inspector General Coleman said the protection of the rights of all those residing in Liberia is paramount to his administration.

The Inspector General made the remarks on Monday, May 13, 2024, when the Nigerian Community and Descendent Union in Liberia paid a courtesy visit at the Headquarters of the Liberia National Police.

Speaking earlier, the President of the Nigerian Community and Descendant Union in Liberia, Deacon Harrison Eva Anikwu expressed his group’s willingness in working with the Police in fighting crimes. He said Nigerians are proud people and will do nothing to undermine the peace of Liberia.
