Monrovia, Liberia- A case of domestic violence has played out in a video that has gone viral involving two Liberian women.

In the wake of trending video on Social Media involving a woman “King Kong” identified as Vivian Dent, the Liberia National Police has arrested the suspect for allegedly beating another woman for a boyfriend whom she claimed is her husband.

Suspect Vivian Dent was seen in a video badly beating on another lady, Naomi for reportedly loving to her boyfriend she claimed is her husband.

Based upon that video which went viral, police made frantic efforts in arresting suspect Dent.

According to Police spokesman Moses Carter, the suspect will be investigated, charged and sent back to Nimba County where she will be facing trial.

In the video, which circulated on Social Media, claimed the attention of women advocates and activists as well as the public, many of whom concluded that the suspect was wrong for her act, especially when she’s not married to a man she claimed she was married to.

Suspect Dent claimed that Naomi posted her husband’s photo and more besides, she and Stephen Jajah are married with three children.

Vivian went to the premises of Stephen Jajah and locked the door after meeting Naomi, where she badly beat on her and halfway stripped her Nicky and attempted killing her with scissors.

Noami was heard crying: “Don’t kill me, I beg you in video” which suspect Dent had recorded herself as she flogged Naomi.

According to suspect Dent, she has warned Naomi on numerous occasions but failed to listen and Naomi has been provoking her on her own boyfriend issue.

Meanwhile, suspect Dent is currently at the national police headquarters undergoing investigation. And all those who connected to the case will be included as the investigation intensifies, the police have said.
