Speaking during the ceremony at the Monrovia Christian Assembly Church on 9th Street Sinkor on Tuesday, Septemeer 30, 2025. she said amid the rise of misinformation and disinformation, the society rely on Journalists to uncover and report the truth and uphold public trust.

“From an early age, the press shaped me. It made me believe in the power of the pen, the most important weapon we had to influence and reform policy,” she noted.

The ECOWAS diplomat called on young Journalists in Liberia to put the public interest first, instead of allowing themselves to be used by news makers in pursuit of personal financial material gains
