MONROVIA, Liberia – The Human Resource Manager of the Liberia National Red Cross Society, Madam Albertta Cummings, has challenged young Liberian professionals to build their success with purpose, emphasizing that true achievement is defined by impact rather than job titles.
Speaking as the keynote speaker during the induction ceremony of the Senior Class of the AME Zion University Graduate School and Professional Studies in Sinkor, Madam Cummings encouraged students to focus on making meaningful contributions and driving positive change.
She stressed that success should not be measured by titles or positions but by resilience, hard work, determination, focus, and the ability to produce tangible results.
Madam Cummings further noted that success is a shared journey that requires collaboration, support from others, and a commitment to collective progress rather than individual accomplishments.
Meanwhile, the newly inducted President of the Senior Class, Benjamin Scott, called on his fellow students to uphold the values of integrity, leadership, service, excellence, and professionalism throughout their academic journey.
Scott pledged to lead the class with integrity, open dialogue, teamwork, and solution-oriented leadership, promising to address challenges constructively rather than through complaints.
He also urged his colleagues to remain united as they advance the goals of the Graduate School and Professional Studies, assuring them of his commitment to promoting harmony and protecting the interests of every member of the senior class.
The induction ceremony brought together students, faculty members, and invited guests to celebrate the official installation of the senior class leadership while inspiring students to embrace responsible leadership and academic excellence.
