News Public Trust Female Reporter Among West African Journalists To Get Award

Reporter Garmah Never Lomo takes time off to pose for picture before beginning one of her hectic assignment at the Temple of Justice

A prolific female Reporter of www.newspublictrust.com, Garmah Never Lomo has been selected among several Journalists in West Africa to receive the Merck Foundation ”Merck More Than a Mother Award” for outstanding coverage of social issues, especially those affecting women and children.

Ms. Lomo, who is Chief Reporter of this news outlet owned and operated by the Public Trust Media Group (PTMG), also covers Judicial and other human interest stories. She has won this important award in the online media category for Liberia.

The Managing Editor of the PTMG, Frank Sainworla,Jr. has expressed delight over the selection of “this my hardworking and passionate Reporter who exercises her duties in a selfless manner with burning interest in promoting public interest.” She previously reported for the Inquirer newspaper in Monrovia.
